I have listed together some free proxy scripts in as many languages as possible
In PHP
PHP Http Proxy is a php script for taking webpages from one server and processes so that your main server is proctected/hidden. Usefull for those who have or require indirect access to the web and or their server.
phpMyProxy is a free, light and powerful php proxy script programed by eProxies.info. This free script is released under a GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3, so you’re pretty much free to use, share, modify, redistribute, etc… but please keep the link to http://www.phpmyproxy.com in the footer intact. With this tool which is written in ASP.NET 2 you can easily pass the filter and see the your desired web pages or you can even download files.
